Alicia AlzugarayAs Human Resources Manager of Penske Motor Group, Alicia Alzugaray draws on over a decade of experience in facilitating company-wide compliance through organizing management and training programs, ensuring thorough investigations into employment-related complaints, and supporting recruiting initiatives. Alzugaray joined Penske Motor Group in 2016 and has since assisted with its expansion into the Dallas, Texas, market by assisting with the recruitment and onboarding efforts of over 70 employees. In addition, she played a role in staffing a new Lexus Reconditioning Center in Santa Clara, California.

Prior to joining Penske Motor Group, Alzugaray spent four years in the Human Resources department of Mi Pueblo Foods, where she rose to the position of Regional Manager. She also worked in Human Resources and Payroll with T-Bird Restaurant Group and Draeger Construction.

Alzugaray holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Supply Chain and Corporate Management from California State University, East Bay, and has earned multiple certifications in human resource-related training programs. She belongs to the Northern California Human Resources Association.
